About these tools
The poker calculator uses Monte Carlo simulation: it deals 20,000 random games in your browser and counts how often your hand wins, ties and loses against opponents who hold random hands. Because it samples, each run differs slightly, and the page shows the margin of error. The hand evaluator underneath it was checked against every possible seven-card hand.
Exact and simulated
The dice tool is exact: it combines the dice mathematically rather than sampling, so the chart shows the true probabilities of every total, including keep-highest, drop-lowest, advantage and disadvantage rolls. That is the difference between the two tools: poker odds are estimates with a stated margin, and dice odds are exact for the expression you type.
These are educational maths tools. They estimate probabilities and are not gambling advice. Nothing you enter leaves your device.
